Annual General Meetings

The Churchfield Community Association holds its annual general meeting (AGM) every November. At this, a report on the year’s activities is given, the CCA’s accounts are presented and members are elected to the executive. It is also an opportunity for members to ask questions, suggest changes to the organisation or propose new projects, as well as meet each other.

The AGM is usually held in late November at St Mary’s Church Hall, The Mount, London W3, 7pm for 7.30pm. It is immediately followed by an open meeting on a theme of current interest, usually with invited speakers. Both members and non-members can attend this.
