Churchfield Community Association CCA

Membership of the Churchfield Community Association is open to anyone who supports the aims of the CCA. It entitles you to:

vote at all CCA meetings
stand for office or join the executive committee
receive copies of the CCA newsletter
join the 'Acton Central' email bulletin board/mailing list.

Annual membership costs:

	banker's order	cash/cheque
household	£7.50	£12.00
individual/ business	£5.00	£8.00
concessions	£2.00	£3.50

NB: Household memberships are intended for partners living in the same house or flat. Both partners can vote at CCA meetings, stand for office and join the 'Acton Central' email list, but they will receive only one copy of each issue of the newsletter.

To prevent members forgetting to renew their membership, we actively encourage them to create bankers' (standing) orders for paying their annual subscriptions – see the bankers' order below.

To join the CCA, print the application form below and send it – with a completed bankers' order form, cash or a cheque made out to 'Churchfield Community Association' – to:
